| 摘 要： | 省属地方高校由于办学规模、教育观念、人才储备等方面的原因,对体育教师提出了教学、科研、进修以及职称等方面更高的要求。调查研究表明,地方高校应采取增加对体育教师的社会支持、改革落后的管理制度、提升体育教师的自我认知能力和加大对体育教师的培训和继续教育的力度等措施。促进体育教师更新观念,提高适应能力,才能消除或减轻职业压力。

| Abstract: | Due to provincial college＇s size, education conception and talents reserve policy, it makes a higher demand on the PE teacher at following points such as teaching skill, research ability, advanced education level, professional title and so on. According to corresponding research, provincial colleges should give PE teacher more social support, reform its management system, improve PE teacher＇s self-awareness and promote PE teacher to receive better training and further education to update their conception and improve their adaptive capacity to release and reduce occupational stress successfully. |
