| 摘 要： | 中小企业是我国社会主义经济的重要形式,它的发展对经济增长、提供就业和科技进步等都具有重要作用。但中小企业在发展过程中仍存在诸多制约因素,政府应完善相应措施,扶持和促进中小企业的发展。
