摘    要:电解锰废渣是电解金属锰生产过程中产生的过滤酸渣,其中含有大量有害物质。随着电解锰行业的快速发展,产生的大量电解锰废渣引发了严重的环境问题,对其的处理处置已成为电解锰行业和环保领域的研究热点。在对电解锰废渣特性整理和分析的基础上,对国内外处理方法和资源化综合利用的现状进行了总结。指出用电解锰废渣作建筑材料的是一种工业化利用电解锰废渣的有效途径。

The physical and chemical characterization of electrolytic manganese slag and discussion on technology of preparing building materials
Abstract:Electrolytic manganese slag is generated during the production of EMM filter acid sludge, which contains a large number of harmful substances. With the rapid development of manganese industry, a large number of electrolytic manganese slag has caused serious environmental problems. Its treatment and disposal has become a research focus in the field of manganese industry and environmental protection. On the basis of the characteristic summary and analysis of electrolytic manganese slag, we summarizes the treatment methods and the status quo of resource comprehensive utilization at home and abroad, now consider that using electrolytic manganese slag for building material is an effective way to solve the problem.
