| 摘 要： | 环境监理是对建设项目环境管理制度的完善和补充,是"环境影响评价制度"和"三同时"制度的具体体现和落实保障。文章通过分析生态类项目环境监理要点,就3S技术在生态类项目环境监理中空间分析、信息化管理、生态环境动态监测、辅助决策4点应用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Environmental supervision is the perfection and supplement of the environmental management system construction project, is the embodiment of the＆quot;environmental impact assessment＆quot;and＆quot;three simultaneous＆quot;system and the implementation of security. In this paper, through the analysis of ecological project environmental supervision points, with 3S technology in ecological project environmental supervision of spatial analysis, information management, dynamic monitoring of ecological environment and assistant decision 4 applications are discussed. |
