| 摘 要： | 现阶段，我国企业正处于向现代市场经济体制的转变时期，企业管理不仅必须加强，而且迫切需要改革。在扎实做好企业管理基础性工作的同时，必须加快企业管理的改革步伐，尽快实现规模、成本、价格、质量的市场竞争优势，提高综合经济效益。
