| 摘 要： | 新出台的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确指出要大力发展职业教育,发展职业教育是推动经济发展、促进就业、改善民生、解决＂三农＂问题的重要途径,是缓解劳动力供求结构予盾的关键环节,必须摆在更加突出的位置。《纲要》的发布给职业教育的发展带来了机遇与挑战,然而结合现状,我国职业教育仍存在地位不显著、缺乏吸引力的问题,试从人才培养的角度分析职业教育的基本特征,提出提升职业教育吸引力的措施。
