| 摘 要： | 矿业城市对国民经济建设、区域经济发展和社会稳定都作出了重要贡献，但经过长期开采，普遍面临着资源枯竭、城市产业结构和就业结构单一、城市建设落后、环境污染突出、就业再就业压力大等问题。矿业城市要想实现可持续发展，必须及时调整产业结构，实现经济转型。论文结合淮北市的转型经验，对解决产业结构调整过程中的若干难点问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Although mining cities had ever contributed much to national economy a nd social stabilities, most of them are now puzzled by some problems such as sho rtage of resources, single structure of production or severe pollution since the long period of mining. They will not develop continually unless they seize oppo rtuni ties of adjusting their structure of production and carry out their economy's re form. |
