| 摘 要： | "和为贵"与"非攻"是中国传统文化的基本理念,也是中国自古以来对外关系的指导思想,中国历代王朝奉行的对外政策是与各国在天朝礼治的和谐气氛中"共享太平之福"。在新的历史情况下,在和谐社会的理念指导下,中国应坚持和发扬传统,从经济的"大"走向文化的"大"。

| Abstract: | "He as first strategy" and "no attack" are the basic idea of traditional culture in China, and they are the main strategy in dealing with foreign relations,in which all dynasties China share peace and happy with others countries. In present world, China should continually take the peace road and become not only economic great but also cultural great. |
