| 摘 要： | 当前,许多地方政府仍然成为招商引资的主体,这是地方政府对自身角色定位不准的表现,在市场经济逐步完善,社会发展程度逐步提高的背景下,地方政府在招商引资中的角色重新定位变得越来越重要,应转变观念,改变政绩考核标准,培育招商引资的主体,通过中介招商以及优化投资软环境,重新定位政府经济管理角色。

| Abstract: | At present,most local governments are still playing a role in attracting bid for invite investment.This shows that the local government can't determine its own position precisely.As the market economy and social development level step by step,it becomes more and more important that the local government should refix its role in attract bid for invite investment.This paper raises some superficial opinions on its proper refixing by analyzing its causes. |
