| 摘 要： | 在目前条件下，有偿数据库购置费用高昂，无一图书馆能将所需的各种数据库收罗殆尽。系统地收集和利用网上提供的免费全文资源，有效地解决网络免费全文资源下载储存的著作权问题，鉴别真伪的搜寻筛选问题，类分编目可供有序检索的有序化问题，是有效补充馆藏资源不足的明智选择。此举还将为深化图书馆学科信息导航和参考咨询服务，起到事半功倍的作用。本文就此问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Under existing conditions,the paid databases are costly.No library can completely buy databases it needs.It is wise choice to effectively supplement library collection by the way of systematically collecting and utilizing free network full-text resource,solving copyright problem of network free resource downloading and storage,information research and filtration,orderliness of cataloguing.This will do some help to deepen library discipline information navigation and consultation service. |
