| 摘 要： | 明确社会主义＂义利观＂,是理解人民群众道义诉求的根本出发点。人民群众对经济、政治、文化、社会、生态＂五大建设＂的价值诉求中,就既包含功利诉求,也包含道义诉求。其中,功利诉求表现为实现小康,道义诉求表现为实现公正。坚持马克思主义＂正义论＂,是提出人民群众道义诉求的理论依据。实践性、制度性、科学性和关注普通劳动者和缺少劳动能力者的命运是马克思主义正义论的特点。搞好＂五大建设＂,是实现人民群众道义诉求的实践途径。这不仅应该是一个实现小康的过程,也应该是一个实现公正的过程。

| Abstract: | Determining socialistic viewpoints and attitudes to ＂behavior and benefits＂ is the basic starting point of understanding the people. People＇s value appeals of the ＂five aspects of the development＂ in economy,politics,culture,society,and ecology include not only the utility,but also the morality and justice. The utility appeal is expressed as the realization of a fairly comfortable life,while the moral appeal as the realization of justice. Marxism theory of justice features in practical,systematic,scientific,which concerns the destiny of the ordinary laborer and the laborers who lack of ability. Making ＂five aspects of the development＂ is the practical way to realize the majority＇s moral appeals,which is not only the process of realizing a comfortable life,but also the process of realizing justice. |
