| 摘 要： | 后发型地区社会生态化是河北省新城市建设的基本着力点。这要求：就空间维度而言,坚持城乡一体化是后发型地区社会生态化建设的现实出发点;就时间维度而言,秉持可持续发展理念是其基本方略;就实质而言,实现物质、能量与信息的交互流动以达成人化自然与天然自然的整体平衡态是社会生态化建设的关键。
