| 摘 要： | 政务微信已经成为当前各地政府公共服务的新平台，“河北发布”作为河北省人民政府新闻办公室的官方微信，自开通以来，在探索公共服务路径方面形成了自己的特色，所发布信息权威性强、可信度高，但同时也存在着内容不够接地气、原创性和深度不足等问题。“互联网+”背景下，如何利用政务微信更好地推动政府职能转变，并有效回应公众的诉求，从而实现政务微信公共服务创新路径的建构，成为当前政务微信管理者和运营者需要考虑的实际问题。

| Abstract: | E-government WeChat has become the new public service platform around the government,“Hebei Issue” as the official WeChat of Information office of Hebei province government, exploring the path of public service has formed its own characteristics since its opening, that release information has the characteristics of strong authority and high credibility, but at the same time it’s problem is that the content is not enough ground, the original and innovation inadequate. Under the background of Internet +, How to make use of e-government WeChat to better promote the transformation of government functions and effectively respond to the demands of the public, so as to realize the construction of government affairs WeChat public service innovation path, the current e-government WeChat managers and operators need to consider the practical problems. |
