| 摘 要： | 本文通过浅析天津空港物流加工区区域水资源合理配置体系及其内容，对区域开发建设当中，如何遵循节约用水、循环经济的理念。走可持续发展的道路进行了有益的探索。从水资源合理配置体系的基本概念、基本原则即主要任务、水资源合理配置机制等几个方面进行了论述和研究。随着天津空港物流加工区区域水资源合理配置体系的建立及其示范效应的产生，必将使天津滨海新区的开发开放工作取得很大的成绩，特别是在节约用水、循环经济、生态环境等方面得到很大的提高。

| Abstract: | By analyzing Tianjin Airport Industrial Park water resources reasonable utilization system and its content, this paper has discussed how to implement water saving and circulation economy concepts in order to realize sustainable development in the development and building of local area. This Paper also has stated and researched the basic concept and principals, assignments and the mechanism of water resources reasonable utilization system. With the setup and modeling effect of Tianjin Airport Industrial Park water resources reasonable utilization system, great achievements will be made for the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area, especially for the improvement of water saving, circulation economy and environment. |
