| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实地观察法、访问调查法、录像分析法,以2010年全国啦啦操联赛西南赛区高校舞蹈啦啦操比赛视频为研究对象,对舞蹈啦啦队套路编排进行深入探讨,提出如下建议：（1）高校舞蹈啦啦操套路编排需以安全性为前提,不求难度系数高、难度动作多,但求高质量完成。（2）动作设计应遵循生理解剖规律,沉肩、挺胸、立腰,尽量远端发力,大小肌群协调用力。（3）充分挖掘校园素材,多编排队员间交流、互助、鼓励的组合动作。（4）鼓励男生的参与,将男生的阳刚之美与女生柔美相结合。
