| 摘 要： | 教育是一种消费，高等教育机构提供一种高等教育服务。高等教育服务的构成要素包括：供求主体、供求客体和供求关系。作为教育消费者，学生在消费高等教育服务时，目前主体权益受损。文章建议维护教育消费者权益、提高高等教育服务质量。

| Abstract: | Education is a kind of consumption, the higher educational institution offers one kind service. The components of higher education include: subject of supply and demand, object of supply and demand, the relation ship between supply and demand. As educating consumers, students, while consuming the high teaching service, the consumption subject rights and interests are damaged. It is suggested to safeguard the rights and interests of educated consumers and improve the service quality of higher education. |
