| 摘 要： | 针对用于铁路、公路等行业移动检测的面阵CCD图像采集系统对于小型化与低功耗的需求,设计了一种基于ARM7与FPGA架构的面阵CCD图像采集系统。本文介绍了系统设计的基本原理,并着重阐述了图像A/D转换单元、图像缓冲单元、图像处理单元等系统主要组成部分的软、硬件设计。本系统利用FPGA控制视频信号的采集、ARM7微控制器作为图像处理单元,并利用μC/OS-II实时操作系统对多任务进行管理,系统扩展灵活,满足小型化与低功耗的要求。
