| 摘 要： | 大学的班级管理，是大学学生工作的基础内容，它关系到学生的学习氛围和学风、校风建设。在班级管理的过程中运用破窗理论，可以使管理者洞察破窗现象，修复破窗甚至从根本上杜绝破窗，可以使班级管理更加注重细节，注重防患于未然，注重防微杜渐，从而向精细化管理的方向迈进。
