| 摘 要： | 继“不婚族”、“闪婚族”、“恐婚族”之后，“急嫁族”群体渐趋庞大，成为当今社会的热点话题。当前高校新兴的“急嫁族”现象的背后，是女大学生职业生涯规划存在着问题。本文针对问题及成因，结合女大学生身心发展规律和成长成才实际，探讨女大学生职业生涯规划的有效途径。
