| 摘 要： | 政府作为公共利益的代表者和公共事务的管理者，面对各个领域出现的公共危机事件，有责任、有义务提升危机的应对能力和管理能力，为和谐社会的构建提供良好的条件与保证。通过对2008年1月发生在我国南方的雪灾事件中我国政府公共危机管理能力的分析．提出了提升我国政府公共危机管理能力的对策。

| Abstract: | The government, as the spokesman of public interest and governor of public affairs, facing the public crisis events appear each domain, has the responsibility and duty to promote the crisis management capability, and provides the good condition and the guarantee for the harmonious society＇s construction. The paper analyzes the performance of government＇s public crisis management capability in south snow disaster in Jan 2008, put forwards some measures on promote the government＇s public crisis management capability. |
