| 摘 要： | 随着检察机关对审判活动监督力度的增强，民行抗诉案件正趋于增长之势。在民行抗诉案件中律师应提前介入，积极主动地与检察机关配合，支持与协助检察机关的抗诉工作，提高检察机关抗诉的成功率，同时，充分发挥自的专己业持长，维护当事人的合法权益，以维护司法公正。

| Abstract: | With the strengthening of the supervision in the judicial activities, the protested cases of CA are increasing. Lawyer should be involved in the protected cases in advance and cooperated with pro- curators' office initiatively They should support and assist the procurators' office in the work, raise the rates of success, discharge their professional abilities and defend the legitimate right of the parties, so as to vindicate the judicial fair. |
