论教师教学决策优化的概念与标准

摘    要:教师教学决策优化是在一定的教育价值观和知识信念等因素的影响下,为教育教学目标的有效达成,充分利用教学情境中的教与学的信息,选择适应教学要求的教学方案的过程。教学决策优化作为教学优化的组成部分,不是使教学变得“更完美”,而是“更适合”。教学决策优化应该坚持对应标准,具体包括可行标准、效果标准、效能标准,三者是有机统一的。

Abstract:The decision optimization of teacher teaching is the process of selecting adaptable teaching plans, realizing education goals effectively and fully utilizing those information within the instruction situation, with the influence of educational value and knowledge faith. The decision optimization of teaching as the constituent of optimized-instruction does not mean to make teaching “more perfect”, but“more suitable”. We should insist on correspondence standard, including the feasibility standard, the effect standard, the efficacy standard, which are accordant intrinsically.
