| 摘 要： | 通过尝试构建高职院校科研工作绩效考核指标体系,使科研管理工作科学化、规范化,提升学校科学研究水平。高职院校科研工作绩效考核指标体系主要包括科研管理、科研项目、科研成果、科研人员和团队、学研合作5个一级指标、13个二级指标、46个三级指标,将科研工作的主要环节和主要内容全面系统纳入考核指标中。

| Abstract: | The performance appraisal＇ index system of scientific research work in higher vocational college is constructed to make the scientific research management work scientific,standardized and improve the level of scientific research.The performance appraisal＇ index system of scientific research work in higher vocational college includes scientific research management,scientific research project,scientific research result,scientific research staff and team,and the integration of production,teaching and research of the 5 first-grade index,13 second-grade index and 46 third-grade index.The main links and the contents of the scientific research work should be systematically incorporated into the appraisal＇ index. |
