| 摘 要： | 电子注册是随着高等教育的改革和发展,加强完善高校学籍管理和学历证书管理制度的必然产物,包括新生学籍注册、在校生学年注册和学历证书注册。实行电子注册有利于维护高等教育的严肃性和权威性,有利于提高学籍学历管理工作的效率和校际间学籍学历信息的有效沟通。要做好电子注册工作必须转变观念,不断提高管理人员的综合素质,确保数据的准确性和安全性。
