| 摘 要： | 设计农民工职业技术教育新体系应从以下几方面入手:发挥政府主导作用;创新职业教育办学目标;组建高职教育集团;加强师资队伍建设;实施产学研合作办学;实施双证融合教育模式;强化就业服务;创新农村劳动力培训新模式;强化专业建设与课程开发;创新农村劳动力培训的课程开发;实施农村劳动力人力资本、社会资本双提升战略。

| Abstract: | Design of migrant workers a new system of vocational and technical education should be the following aspects:to play a leading role in the government;to innovate vocational education school goals;to form higher vocational education groups;to strengthen the ranks of teachers;to implement production and research cooperation in running schools;to implement integrated dual-card mode of education;to strengthen emplyment services;to innovate new model of rural labor force training;to strengthen to the professional construction and curriculum development;to innovate the rural labor force training,and curriculum development;to implement the rural labor force of human capital,social capital,and double-enhancing strategies. |
