| 摘 要： | 分析了美式、德式教育的得失、优劣对中国人的启迪,以及中国人对启迪的简单化处理,即轮流移植或并举这两种模式,因而造成一次次挫败;继而联系中国国情,提出了要深化启迪的观点.而深化启迪的关键是要突破“两条腿走路”的思维定势,认为“多种形式办学”应成为中国开放大学人才培养模式改革重新定位的目标.之后具体论证了“职场高等教育”如何也可并列于“学历补偿教育”和“非学历继续教育”,成为多种办学形式的一种,并指出其本身可按生源实际再作分解,成为办学的多种形式的.

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the enlightenment from the advantages and disadvantages of American and German ways of education. Meanwhile, it shows Chinese simple way of dealing with the enlightenment, namely, using the two modes one after another or simultaneously, which causes failures. Furthermore, con- cerned with the Chinese national conditions, the article suggests the view of deepening the enlightenment, whose key is to break the thought set of ＂walking with two ways＂. Various ways of establishing schools should be the orientation of the personnel training reform in Open University of China. After that, the article demonstrates how to absorb ＂higher vocational education＂ into ＂degree compensatory education＂ and ＂non- academic continuous education＂, which can become one of various ways of establishing schools. Besides, the article presents how it can be divided into various parts according to the students＇ sources. |
