| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作具有潜移默化作用.要做好企业的思想政治工作,必须重视和加强思想政治工作者的形象建设.这是因为：树立良好的自身形象,是企业思想政治工作者有效开展工作的基础.在新的历史时期,企业思想政治工作者要树立良好的自身形象,必须破除三个模糊认识,努力做到六个增强,也只有这样,才能为新时期思想政治工作的有效开展奠定良好基础.

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work has an imperceptible effect. We must pay attention to and strengthen the image con- struction of the ideological and political workers in order to do the work well. Because establishing fine self image is the founda- tion for the enterprise ideological and political workers to effectively carry out their work. In the new historical period, enterprise ideological and political workers must clear three ＇ vague＇ understandings and carry six strengthenings so as to lay down a good foundation for their work. |
