| 摘 要： | 未成年人是国家的未来、民族的希望,但目前未成年人犯罪却已成为一个世界性问题。预防和减少未成年人犯罪的主要对策有:在社会上大力弘扬积极向上的时代精神,创造良好的文化环境,构筑预防未成年人犯罪的坚实基础;提高家庭教育质量,强化家庭预防、矫治未成年人犯罪心理的功能;加强学校教育,尤其要抓好对中小学生的素质教育。

| Abstract: | Non-adults are the future of a country as well as the hope of a nation.However,nowadays,non-adult crimes have become a world-wide problem.The countermeasures to prevent and reduce non-adult crimes are as follows: Firstly,we should carry forward an active and vigorous time spirit in society,create a better culture environment and build a strong foundation to prevent non-adult crimes.Secondly,we should improve the quality of family education,strengthen the family prevention and correct the criminous mental function of non-adults.Finally we should strengthen school education,especially the quality-oriented education of non-adults. |
