总氮测定值偏低的原因浅析及解决

摘    要:当水样浑浊时,水样消解不完全,有机物对总氮的测定造成了干扰;当水样中的氮以氨氮为主要存在形式时,在消解过程中部分氨氮转化成氨气逸散造成的损失,使得总氮的测定值偏低。文章通过实验表明,可以对浑浊水样进行过滤以及对氨氮含量高的水样进行稀释来解决总氮测定值偏低的问题。

The Brief Analysis of Reasons for the Low Total Nitrogen Measured Value and the Solutions
Abstract:It can not be digested completely when water sample was turbidity,organic compound interfered with the measurement of total nitrogen;the loss which was caused by part ammonia nitrogen transformed into ammonia made the determination of total nitrogen low in the digestion process.The experiment showed that the problem of low measured value can be solved through filtering layey water sample and diluting high ammonia nitrogen water sample.
