| 摘 要： | 文章针对自动旋光仪在糖化验项目中测定蔗糖份使用过程中,容易受各种因素的影响,而导致仪器在平衡位置时产生读数不稳定的故障原因进行综合性的分析、探讨,提出了一个较为完整的维修理念,此法能迅速、有效地排除仪器故障,并能相应地减少糖化验分析出现的观测误差,大大地提高了成品糖蔗糖份分析效率。

| Abstract: | Automatic Polarimeter are vulnerable to the influence of various factors in the determination of sucrose,which led to unstable reading in the equilibrium position,so unstable reading fault causes were analyzed and discussed.A more complete service concept were put forward,this method can be quickly and effectively exclude instrument malfunction,in sugar test and analysis,observation error was correspondingly reduced and an analysis efficiency were greatly enhanced. |
