| 摘 要： | 园林工程项目施工管理是业主及施工企业等参与建设的单位用系统科学理论对项目进行的计划、组织、监督、控制、协调等全过程管理,其基本任务是进行项目的进度、质量、安全和成本目标控制。文章对影响园林工程项目施工进度、质量、成本等因素进行了分析,并结合多年实际工作经验,提出了具体解决方法和措施。

| Abstract: | Landscape engineering project construction management which the owner and the construction enterprise participated in and used scientific theory system is overall process management with the project to plan,organize,supervision,control and coordination,the basic task is the schedule,quality,safety and cost control target of project.In this paper,to influence landscape engineering projects construction progress,quality,cost factors are analyzed,and combined with actual working experience for many years,and the concrete resolving methods and measures were put forward. |
