| 摘 要： | 保护和改善生态环境是全人类紧迫而艰巨的任务。我国的环境保护形势十分严峻,为全面落实科学发展观,必须把环境保护摆在更加重要的战略位置。必须采取有力的对策与措施,保护生态环境:落实环境保护责任制,建立责任追究制度、健全环境保护协调机制、加强环境保护监管、加快经济结构调整、减少对环境的破坏、大力发展循环经济、加大环境保护资金的投入、健全和完善环境法律法规、加大环境执法力度、加强环保队伍建设、大力发展环保产业、扩大民众参与并加强教育等。

| Abstract: | Protect and improve the ecological environment is an urgent and arduous task of all mankind.The environmental protection of our country situation is very grim,in order to comprehensively implement the scientific outlook on development,we must put environmental protection in more significant strategy position.We must take effective measures,the protection of the ecological environment: implement the responsibility system for environmental protection,establish a responsibility system,improve the environmental protection coordination mechanism,strengthen environmental protection supervision,accelerate economic structural adjustment,reduce the damage to the environment,vigorously develop the circular economy,increase environmental protection investment,and improve and perfect the environmental laws and regulations,increase environmental enforcement efforts,strengthen environmental protection team construction,vigorously develop the environmental protection industry,expand public participation and strengthen education. |
