| 摘 要： | 针对冷水机组企业产品研发项目中,在时间管理方面普遍存在缺少监控和调整的问题,通过应用信息流技术,对项目各阶段任务进行分配和跟踪,从而帮助冷水机组企业提高产品开发项目时间管理的能力和水平。

| Abstract: | In the product research and development project,most water-cooled chiller companies have the problem on time management,especially on the project plan control and adjustment.The purpose of this article is to make an analysis about the project task assignment and task follow up by introducing information flow technology,which will also help the companies to improve the project management ability and level. |
