离子型稀土的三溴偶氮胂直接光度法

摘    要:我国南方有丰富的稀土资源,且多呈离子型状态存在。随着稀土元素的广泛应用,确定一个快速、准确、灵敏度高,适合于大批量生产要求的分析方法非常必要。在PH=2.5的氯乙酸—乙酸钠介质中,三溴偶氮胂和稀土元素生成蓝绿色络合物,在25mL体积中,加入3mL 0.5g/L的三溴偶氮胂,稀土元素氧化物在0~12.5μg范围内符合比耳定律。以La为代表,稀土摩尔吸光系数为1.30×105L.moL-1.cm-1,有色络合物可稳定15h以上,其最大吸收峰在632~637nm之间。所测离子稀土氧化物总量结果与PMBP-苯萃取光度法及DTPA滴定法相比较,结果相符合。标准回收令人满意。用50g/L浓度的硫酸铵溶液为浸取液,沸水浴中浸出30min,即可使离子稀土的浸出达满意程度,且无任何干扰元素。

Ion-absorbed rare earth of tribromoarsenazo direct photometric analysis method
Abstract:There is a lot of rare earth resources in south China,and it mostly exists in ionic state.In the wake of rare earth element wildly used,it is necessary to make sure a fast,exact and high sensitive analytical method,which should be suited to multitudinous production requirement.In CH 2 ClCOOH-NaAc medium at pH2.5,the reaction of tribromoarsenazo(TBA) with rare earth element produce blue-green complex.In 25mL volume,adding 3ml 0.5g/L TBA,the Beer law is obeyed in the range of 0~12.5μg of rare earth oxide concentration.Represented as La,the rare earth element ’ s molar absorption coefficient is of 1.3×10 5 L.mol-1.cm-1.The colored complex can be stabled over 15 hours,its largest absorption wavelength is between 632 and 637nm.Compared with the proposed method,giving results in conformity with the results PMBP extraction spectrophotometric method and titration with DTPA.Its standard sample recovery rate is satisfied.Using 50g/L(NH 4) 2 SO 4 as lixivium,leaching about 30min in the boiling water,then,the leaching rate of Ion-absorbed rare earth can reach to satisfaction,and no any interfering elements.
