| 摘 要： | 民办高校辅导员是教师队伍中的骨干力量,是民办院校从事学生德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育,推进素质教育的主要力量,是大学生健康成长的引路人和知心朋友.因此,加强高校从事学生思想政治工作者—辅导员的培养工作越来越受到重视,只有辅导员的业务素质水平上去了,才能带动提高教育教学水平,更加有利于高校思想政治工作的顺利开展.

| Abstract: | Private college instructors of higher learning teachers is an important component of the instructors,they are engaged in college moral education work,the development of ideological and political education’s main power,is the healthy growth of college students and the leader of a bosom friend.Therefore,to strengthen college students’ ideological and political work of the training work more and more attention to,only their professional quality level go up,can help improve the education teaching level,more help to the successful development of ideological and political work. |
