| 摘 要： | 针对目前国有企业财务总监委派制存在的法律依据不足、双重身份、实际操作困难等问题,提出了完善法律法规、基于外部监督的角色定位、完善财务总监委派制、选拔高素质的财务总监、实行财务总监交叉委派与轮换制等有针对性的建议。
