| 摘 要： | 大学生心理危机的干预，一方面可以防患于未然，把有可能发生的心理危机遏制在萌芽状态；另一方面能增强大学生自我抵御危机的能力，健全个体心理机能，促进和谐社会的建设。通过情绪、学习、人际交往、生理、人格和社会环境等指标确定心理危机的情势、发展、原因，构建大学生心理危机干预策略体系。即：立足教育，学会自助；建立心理健康档案，研究规律，增强互助；建立三级预警机制，保障有效干预的实施。

| Abstract: | The psychological crisis intervention of university students can curb the occurrence of psychological crisis in the bud on the one hand i and enhance their ability to resist the crisis and improve the mental function of the individual to promote the building of a harmonious society on the other hand. Through the indicators of emotion, learning, interpersonal relationship, physiology, personality and social environment defined by the situation, development and reasons of the psychological crisis, we can build a strategy system of the psychological crisis intervention, which is based on the education and learning self - help to establish mental health files, study laws, and enhance mutual assistance. What is more, a system of three early - warning mechanisms should also be established to ensure the effective implementation of the interventions. |
