| 摘 要： | 针对目前多媒体课件开发过程中普遍存在缺乏科学有效的研制开发和管理机制的问题,该文在介绍项目管理过程和多媒体课件开发基本步骤的基础上,探讨了多媒体课件开发的项目管理过程,使项目管理过程的各阶段在多媒体课件开发过程中得到合理运用.
