| 摘 要： | 从五个方面论述了研究生教育中的学术规范与知识产权关系研究。(1)研究生教育中常见学术失范与其所侵犯的知识产权;(2)造成研究生学术失范、侵犯他人知识产权屡禁不止的原因;(3)严格的学术规范是尊重他人知识产权的前提;(4)加强知识产权教育,会促进研究生自觉遵守已有的学术规范;(5)学术规范与知识产权保护二者相辅相成。
