| 摘 要： | 目的探讨苦参素联合熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)治疗GGT持续升高的慢乙肝患者的疗效.方法治疗组47例给予UDCA联合苦参素治疗,对照组39例只用苦参素治疗,疗程2周.观察治疗组与对照组血清GGT值的变化.结果慢乙肝中度患者中,治疗组与对照组治疗后GGT值相比有明显差异(P＜0.05).结论应用UDCA和苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎能有效降低GGT,且无明显副作用.

| Abstract: | Purpose: For exploring the treatment of the patients suffering from chronic hepatitis B with the two drugs.Methods: For the treatment group,47 patients should be treated with the two drugs,and for the comparison group,39patients should be treated only with the sophora flavescens elements.the period is about two weeks.After this,the results of the GGT should be observed.conclusion: GGT value has reasonable differences(P<0.05) with the two treatments.Result: Using the two drugs,chronic B can be reduced obviously.and has no bad effects. |
