| Abstract: | Accordmg to Maxwell equations and the formula of electromagnetic force it is proved that the field and charge system obey the law of conservation of momentum and the law of conservation of angular momentum. And it can be concluded that the angular momentum of electromagnetic field can transfer into angular momentum of the charge susteus. |
