| 摘 要： | 打破城乡二元结构、推进城乡经济协调发展是新时期我国的一项重大战略任务,而地市区域则是实施这一战略的重要平台。在我国,地市区域是一个重要、特殊且在发展阶段上具有多层次性的地域经济单元,从地市区域视角理清制约城乡经济协调发展的主要因素,塑造推进城乡经济协调发展的动力机制和保障措施,对于促进城乡统筹和建设和谐社会具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Breaking up the dual-structures of urban and rural areas in china is a significant strategy in the new era,and the city-regions are important platform for implementing the strategy.In china,city-regions are important and special,and they are also multi-level region-units in development phases.Researching on the main factors restricting coordinated development of urban and rural economy from the angle of city-region,and building up the dynamic mechanism and the safeguard measures for their coordinated development are of vital significance to both the advancement of overall planning of urban and rural areas and the establishment of a harmonious society. |
