| 摘 要： | 高职院校是职业教育与普通高等教育衔接的关键环节，它的发展使传统的职业教育在其上端重新归入国民教育体系，既完善了职业教育本身，也完善了国民教育体系。作为过渡性教育，高职院校既要有技能培养优势，又不能忽视个人的可持续发展，教育教学实施比普通高等教育更为复杂，教育教学模式创新十分迫切。

| Abstract: | A vocational and technical college is a key link of the vocational education and the common higher education. Its development makes the traditional vocational education return to educational system, it not only perfects vocational education itself, but also perfects educational system; As a transitional education, a vocational and technical college should have advantage of training technical abilities and not ignore the continuing development of the individual. Its teaching practice of education is more complicated than higher education. Its teaching patterns of education should be brought forth new ideas urgently. |
