| 摘 要： | 近年来,国家提出发展循环经济,坚持开发与节约并重,逐步建立全社会的循环利用体系。人口作为可持续发展系统里的主要子系统之一,也是发展循环经济研究中不可缺失的因素,人口因素与循环经济密切关联着。在发展循环经济过程中若能充分考虑到人口总量、人口质量、人口分布及流动状况等人口因素的存在则能达到事半功倍。而发展循环经济也有着人口学意义,有利于推动人口素质的提高、解决当前就业难问题及老龄社会问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,our country calls for developing circular economy,insists on both exploitation and saving,in order to establish a whole society's circular economy system.Population is a major subsystem in Sustainable Development System and also is an essential factor in the research for circular economy.There exists much close relation between demographic factors and circular economy.If we can take full advantage of total population,population quality,regional distribution,migration and other demographic factors,we will make a greater progress.Moreover,it is of demographic significance to develop circular economy,to accelerate the improvement of population quality,and to resolve the unemployment and old-aging society issues. |
