| Abstract: | The agriculture structure adjustment is a hot issue of current agriculture, country and peasantry problems, and the working emphasis of our party and the government. In the process of the adjustment of agriculture structure, in stead of participation and commanding. Government should put forth effort on the government working talent of creating the regulatory condition for the peasant, providing the realistic foundation, support of funds, market condition, science and technology guarantees and the organization to rely on that are for the peasant to carry on the structure adjustment. |
