| 摘 要： | 民营经济是国有企业深化改革的社会产物,虽然包含有个体、私营经济的成分,在生产经营的许多方面或多或少地受到各种政策限制,民营经济发展首先要解决思想认识问题,大力发展民营经济是适应我国社会主义初级阶段市场经济发展以及体现社会主义本质及其优越性的客观要求,是实现人民群众共同富裕的必由之路。重新认识民营经济的社会属性并加快其发展步伐,将更有利于我国社会主义市场经济的发展,保证国民经济持续高效向前发展。

| Abstract: | Nongovernmental economy is the social product of the deepened reform of state - owned enterprises. Although it contains individual and operated economy, it is more or less influenced by a variety of policies. To develop nongovernmental economy, we must solve the problem of ideology first. Greatly developing nongovernmental economy is the objective need of adjusting to the market economy at our socialism primary stage and embodying the nature and advantages of socialism. It is also the only way to realize the people's common wealth. Having a new look at the social attribute of nongovernmental economy and speeding up the development of it are benefitial to our socialism market economy and to the ensurance of efficient and sustainable domestic economy growth. |
