| 摘 要： | 电大创立之初补充了我国高等院校的不足，满足了人们接受高等的急切愿望；在发展过程中为我国经济建设和社会发展培养了大批下得去、留得住、用得好的实用型人才；电大在今后的发展中，应该加强改革力度，办大、办强，建成国际一流的现代远程开放大学，成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分和现代远程教育的主力军，成为高等教育大众化的重要力量，在构建学习型社会和终身教育体制中发挥普通高等学校所不可替代的重要作用。

| Abstract: | At first the foundation of TV and Radio University is mutuallycomplementary of the high school of our country and satisfied theeager desire that people wanted to accept the high education . During the development the TV and Radio University trained a lot of practical qualified person for the economic construction and the social development of our country . In the future development , we should strengthen reformation dynamics , make bigger , make stronger , build the international first - class modern distance open university and became an important component in the high education and the main force of modern open education of our country . It became the main force of the popularized high education and played an important role that the normal high school can' t be substituted of constructing the study - pattern society and all - in - life education system . |
