稻米直链淀粉含量测定中试验材料形态调整的研究

摘    要:对50份日本粳稻品种(系)分别以糙米、精米的粒体和粉体四种形态为试验材料,作了直链淀粉含量分析。结果表明:平均直链淀粉含量分别为糙米粒体18.4%,精米粒体18.8%,糙米粉体17.9%,相同形态试料的测定值非常接近,在水稻育种实践中可用糙米粒体代替精米粉体作直链淀粉含量的测定分析,提高工作效率。

Abstract:Amylose contents(AC) of 50 cultivars(lines) in japonica rice were determined,with grains and flours of brown and milled rice respectively. Results showed that the average AC in grains of brown and milled rice,flours of brown and milled rice were 18.4%, 18.8%, 17.9% and 18.1% respectively. AC in the same shape of experiment materials were similar, instead of flours of milled rice,the grains of brown rice as experiment materials for AC analysis can be applied to rice breeding.
