耗散结构理论在优化健美操教学训练模式中的应用

摘    要:以耗散结构理论为依据,立足于系统形成耗散结构的开放性、远离平衡态、非线性协同作用以及涨落机制等条件,探讨了健美操教学训练系统的耗散结构动态特征,指出耗散结构理论应用于健美操教学训练的可行性。并针对高校体教专业健美操教学训练模式的不足,从树立"动态的"健美操教学训练思想、创设"开放的"、"非平衡的"健美操教学训练环境、运用"非线性"机制促使竞技能力"涨落"的形成、以"从外界耗散信息的多少"为评价指标的评价体系等方面,在对传统的健美操教学训练模式优化的基础上,构建了"动态——耗散型健美操教学训练模式"。

Abstract:On the basis of the theory of dissipative structure, from openness, non -equilibrium state, cooperative function of nonlinearity and mechanism of fluctuation which are the factors forming the disspative structure, this paper discusses the dynamic trait of the system of sports aerobics teaching and training, and points out the possibility that the theory of dissipative structure applied in sports aerobics teaching and training. According to the faults which lie in the model, calisthenics teaching and training for students majoring in physical education in college, the author optimizes the classic model from establishing the dynamic teaching thought, founding the open non - equilibrium environment, applying the nonlinearity mechanism to form the fluctuation of the sports capacity, and making the amount of information dissipated from the outside assessment index. In assessment system, this paper builds the dynamic - dissipative model of sports aerobics teaching and training.
