| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和实践研究法,分析安徽省省高校离退休教职工健康现状,阐述开展高校离退休教职工体育工作的意义,目的在于推动安徽省高校离退休教职工体育工作持续健康地发展。调研结果表明：安徽省高校离退休教职工脱离工作岗位后,疾病发病率上升,健康状况不容乐观。对策：充分利用学校和医院资源,加强离退休教职工体质监测与反馈,激励离退休教职工积极参加体育活动;增加体育场地设施的建设,增加高校离退休教职工健身项目;建立健全高校离退休教职工体育的管理和组织;积极创造条件促进高校离退休教职工的体育发展。
